Return Policy

United States & Canada Orders

We stand behind the authenticity, accuracy, and quality of every timepiece we sell. Each watch is carefully inspected, photographed, and described prior to shipment to ensure customers receive the exact item represented.

Full Refunds

A full refund will be provided in the following situations:

  • Functional or mechanical issues: If the watch has a verified functional or mechanical issue that was not disclosed prior to purchase.

  • Wrong item received: If the item received is different from the item purchased.

  • Material discrepancy from listing: If the watch or its condition is noticeably different from the description and photographs provided at the time of purchase.

All claims must be submitted within the applicable return period and are subject to inspection upon receipt of the returned item.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered for all other situations, including buyer preference changes, personal expectations, or circumstances unrelated to a defect or listing discrepancy.

All partial refunds are subject to the following:

  • A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover non-refundable payment processing and transaction costs.

  • An additional restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if the watch or any included accessories are not returned in the same condition as received.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Manufacturer box and packaging

  • Warranty cards, papers, booklets, and documentation

  • Original stickers, protective films, and tags (if included)

  • Any additional accessories originally included with the purchase

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and protective materials. Any signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing components, or discrepancies may result in deductions from the refund amount.

Return Inspection

All returned items undergo a detailed inspection upon arrival. The final refund amount, including any applicable fees or deductions, will be determined based on the condition of the watch and completeness of the return.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, photos, and specifications before purchasing. Our team is available to provide additional photos, videos, or information to help ensure confidence in your purchase.

Hong Kong Orders

All sales shipped to Hong Kong are final.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for orders shipped to Hong Kong.
