Returns are accepted within 5 business days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To ensure safe transit, please package all returns securely using bubble wrap and double-box packaging.

All returned items undergo a thorough inspection upon receipt. Watches must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. Any signs of wear, damage, alterations, or discrepancies may result in additional fees or denial of the return.
