Return Policy

United States & Canada Orders

We stand behind the authenticity, accuracy, and quality of every timepiece we sell. Each watch is thoroughly inspected, photographed, and described before shipment so that customers receive exactly what was represented.

Returns are accepted within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date. Refund eligibility is determined as follows.

Full Refunds

A full refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Functional or mechanical issues — the watch has a verified functional or mechanical defect that was not disclosed prior to purchase.
  • Incorrect item — the item received differs from the item purchased.
  • Material discrepancy — the watch or its condition differs noticeably from the description and photographs provided at the time of purchase.

All claims must be submitted within the return period and remain subject to inspection once the item is received.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in all other cases, including changes of preference, personal expectations, or any circumstance unrelated to a defect or listing discrepancy.

Partial refunds are subject to the following:

  • A 5% transaction fee, deducted to cover non-refundable payment processing and transaction costs.
  • A restocking fee up to 30%, applied if the watch or any included accessories are not returned in the same condition as received.

Items that must be returned in original condition include, but are not limited to:

  • Manufacturer box and packaging
  • Warranty cards, papers, booklets, and documentation
  • Original stickers, protective films, and tags (if included)
  • Any additional accessories originally included with the purchase

Any signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing components, or other discrepancies may result in deductions from the refund amount.

Return Inspection

Every returned item undergoes a detailed inspection upon arrival. The final refund amount, including any applicable fees or deductions, is determined by the condition of the watch and the completeness of the return.

We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, photos, and specifications carefully before purchasing. Our team is happy to provide additional photos, videos, or details to ensure full confidence in your purchase.

Hong Kong Orders

All sales shipped to Hong Kong are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for orders shipped to Hong Kong.
